Vicari, Contracting Officer, (404) 331-3687 Provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision necessary for the stabilization and preservation of two (2) Structures -Jimmy Carter Boyhood Home and Commissary. The Boyhood Home is a one-story, wood frame, and approximately 2,440 square feet; the Commissary is one-story, wood frame and approximately 720 square feet. The project shall include, but not limited to, selective demolition, site work, concrete work, masonry work, rough and finished carpentry and millwork, roofing, wood door and window systems, and painting residential equipment, plumbing systems, fire suppression system, electrical system, intrusion system and related items. Twenty sets of Plans and Specifications will be available at no cost, any request after shall require a $25.00 non-refundable check or money order made payable to National Park Service.
