Wiesnoski,2 13/894-3852 Modification: The purpose of this modification is to change the notice published in the CBD on May 22, 1996 to Code R, Sources Sought (PIN) and issue the following as the Pre-Solicitation Notice: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision and expertise to provide Stair Discharge at the U.S. Courthouse, 312 N. Spring Street, Los Angeles, California. The work consists of extending terminal landing at bottom of stairs, replacing existing entrance doors, altering hallways, widening stair discharge, adding smoke doors, converting an existing window opening to a full door and providing new concrete walkway and ancillary requirements per the Contract Drawings and Specifications. The estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The procurement will be made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (Set aside for Small Business).
