Shields, Phone (703)604-1920 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place an order against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-93-G-0185 for the retrofit incorporation of Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 1686 (CommNav Upgrade) into the AH-1W helicopter. This order will be on a sole-source basis with Bell Helicopter, Textron and will be for approximately $4,000,000.00. This modification will be performed in conjunction with ECP 1648.
