The Naval Air Warfare Center China Lake, CA intends to procure an Integrated Telemetry Analysis System Series 30 (ITAS-30), one each, to augment an existing telemetry decommutation system, on an other than full and open competition basis from Veda Systems Incorporated. Vveda Systems Incorporated is the original manufacturer of the ITAS-30 Telemetry Decommutation System and the additional equipment must be 100% hardware and software compatible with the NAWCWPNSDIV existing Veda ITAS-30 hardware and embedded software. The architecture and technical data rights to the ITAS-30 system are proprietary to Veda Systems Incorporated.
