Renovation of animal watering system to include (1) Renovation work on first floor to replace Pressure Reducing Station with Pressure Reducing Station Model 7500-115 and repair 5 foot section of CPVC Pipe; (2) Renovation work on Basement Floor to include Replace Pressure Reducing Station in Rm 3B with Pressure Reducing Station Model 7500-115, remove and replace Room Distribution System in Rm 3B with (8) Interconnect Stations with brass quick disconnect couplings (includes all CPVC Piping and mounting hardware), remove and replace Room Distribution System on Rm 5 with (8) Interconnect Stations each equipped with a poly hose with brass quick disconnect couplings (includes all CPVC piping and mounting hardware); replace Pressure Reducing Station in Rm 7A with Pressure Reducing Station Model 7500-115; replace Pressure Reducing Station in Rm 9 with Pressure Reducing Station Model 7500-115; remove and replace Room Distribution System in Rm 9 with (10) Interconnect Station with brass quick disconnect couplings (all CPVC pipe and mounting hardware included); and CPVC Automated Animal Watering System for Rm 11 to include 1 Pressure Reducing Station Model 7510-115 equipped with manual flush features, a shut-off valve and injection port for system sanitization with a surface mounted stainless steel cabinet (Automated Watering Manifolds). This requirement is to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Edstrom Industries, Inc. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
