Dscr seeks industry comments on a proposed draft Solicitation to accomplish this end. In addition, dscr seeks industry comment on electronic Commerce/electronic data interchange (EC/EDI) systems currently in use or which may be developed for use with this initiative. As a result of this request for proposal, the Government intends to make one or several awards to satisfy govern Ment requirements. All responsible sources capable of satisfying the Government'S needs are encouraged to provide comments.
