The government intends to procure the following requirement as a sole source acquisition from Sikorsky Aircraft Corp, 6900 Main St, Stratford CT 06497: Comanche Flight Test Simulation Station Software, P/N: FTSSS, Qty: 1. End-User will take delivery at origin. The procedure to be used is Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The anticipated award date is 10 Jun 96. Sikorsky Aircraft Corp was selected as the source for this procurement because this software is limited to the development and demonstration of tools and techniques to convert/port and enhance the existing engineering FDM.
