be made in accordance with DFARS Subpart 235.70, Research and
Development Streamlined Contracting Procedures. Offerors are advised
that a conventional solicitation will NOT be issued but that the
solicitation will appear in a subsequent edition of the Commerce
Business Daily (CBD). The Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) is seeking
technical support to provide a comprehensive weaponeering module with
tools that have a common look and feel and are interoperable. Accurate
methods of determining probabilities of damage for various types of
targets while using a few computer models as required, are needed to
take advantage of shared data. The contractor shall perform a study
that investigates the feasibility of creating an object oriented
architecture that allows data and computational output exchange between
existing weaponeering, battle damage assessment, Weapons of Mass
Destruction (WMD) collateral effects and Joint Munitions Effects Manual
(JMEM) software. Contractor personnel will need a DoD Security Level of
SECRET. Contemplated period of performance includes a basic effort of
four (4) months plus two four (4) month options and one three (3) month
option. This procurement is a one hundred percent Small Business
Set-Aside. Offerors must provide address information to the contract
negotiator in order to be included on the mailing list in case any
supplemental package and/or amendments are issued to the solicitation
which will appear in a subsequent edition of the CBD. Address
