Support the Naval Command Control and Ocean Surveillance Center's (NCCOSC) Research, Development Test and Evaluation Division (NRaD) evolutionary development of Navigation Sensor System Interface (NAVSSI). The contractor shall support the development of new interface and display requirements, in addition to supporting new functional requirements and system updates in response to fleet generated trouble reports. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery order Type contract for a one year base period plus 4, one year option periods. Work under the contract to be subject to satisfactory negotiation of individual delivery orders. This announcement is open to all businesses regardless of size. If a large business is selected for this contract, it must comply with FAR 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for a subcontracting plan for that part of work it plans to subcontract.
