The Naval Command Control and Ocean Surveillance Center, Research Development Test and Evaluation Division (NRaD) intends to procure, under full and open competition, engineering services to support the development of emerging navigation and air command, control, and communication (C3) system technologies. The scope of the effort will involve the following three areas: (1) Identification of research and exploratory developmental efforts in the areas of emerging navigation sensors and systems, ocean survey systems, and air C3 systems technologies; (2) Identification of the implementation, integration, and testing requirements for the emerging technologies; (3) Identification and implementation of laboratory enhancements required to evaluate the emerging technology advancements. Contract type will be Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity with Cost Plus Fixed Fee pricing arrangement. Based period of three years with two additional one-year options.
