Henderson, 410-962-3529, Purchasing Agent This is a synopsis of intent to place an order with Gene Stout Associates to procure assistance to the U.S. Army Environmental Center (USAEC) in the development of a SOP for the Forestry and Agricultural/Grazing Outlease Programs. The contractor shall work closely with the USAEC staff and participate in consultation and liaison activities with the Office of the Director of Environmental Programs (ODEP), Army Budget Office, Army Corps of Engineers, and Defense Finance Accounting Service. Gene Stout Associates has and is performing work on military lands concerning Forestry and Agricultural/Grazing Outlease Programs. They have experience in working in the military environment. This translates to time and costs savings. Gene Stout Associates has been actively involved in the Army's Conservation Mission and Strategy. The company has completed several conservation mission essential projects. All submittals from responsible sources shall be reviewed for consideration.
