This acquisition is subject to the Service Contract Act. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials and transportation necessary to accomplish upgrade of a hydraulic flowgrinder in accordance with Performance Work Statement dated 26 April 96. A site visit will be scheduled for 26 June 1996 at 0900am (local time).
