The Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials,equipment, incidental engineering and transportation necessary to operation, maintain and repair the GroundwaterTreatment System in accordance with contract requirements. Work includes the performance of all operationalrequirements, service call work, preventive maintenance of equipment and other services as described in thesolicitation. Services shall be provided as specified in the contract, regardless of whether or not they are required as aresult of external influences.
