The Federal Bureau of Prisons is requesting X-ray Technician Services for the Federal Correctional Institution, 2600 S. Second Street, Pekin, IL 61554. The contractor will be required to come to the Health Services Unit of both the Federal Correctional Institution and the Federal Prison Camp to provide the taking of x-rays, x-ray training in taking x-rays to staff, prepare them for reading by radiology, maintain x-rays and records in the x-ray room, do local preventive maintenance and quality assurance checks for each fiscal year. Minimum of 2 sessions each week for a four hour time block not to exceed total of 3 sessions per week. This contract shall contain options for a base year and four one year option periods. Quotes must be separately provide prices for the base year, option period one, two, three, and four. The period of option period one 10/1/97 - 9/30/98; option period two 10/1/98 - 9/30/99; option period three 10/1/99 - 9/30/2000, and option period four 10/1/2000 - 9/30/2001.
