The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and supervision necesary to provide tree analysis reports, tissue/soils analysis, tree trimming, tree and stump removal, pesticide and/or fertilizer application, tree relocation, surface and vertical root removal and mechanical or chemical root barrier installation. All work shall be accomplished under the direct on-site supervision of a certified arborist. The Contractor shall provide proof of the certification to the Contracting Officer within 15 days after contract award. This will be a 100% Indefinite Quantity type contract.
