Project NUEX93-3019 shall include construction of an 18 hole golf course, 8000 square foot clubhouse with underground cart storage, maintenance facility with covered equipment parking and storage area, golf course irrigation system with pump station, paved parking lot and entry roads, water system, sewer system, effluent system, storm drain system, electrical system, telecommunication system, and a replacement well and supply piping. The offeror shall submit a projected construction progress management plan. The offeror shall provide documentation of the following: a) a minimum of five years in the golf course construction business; b) completed construction of three 18 hole golf courses in the past five years; c) provide a total of five references from i) golf course owner/developer, ii) golf course architect, iii) Engineer, iv) irrigation designer, v) golf course superintendent, vi) municipality. Golf course construction superintendent must have a minimum of 10 years experience golf course construction. The prime contractor is required to perform a minimum of fifty (50) percent of the contract. Proposed issue date of Request for Proposal is expected on or about 9 July. Closing date 11 Aug 96.
