Clark (310) 725-7563 The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to replace existing heating and cooling equipment at the Santa Ana Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), Costa Mesa, California. The Contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, transportation, and materials to perform the following work. Work shall consist of, but not limited to: removing existing fan coil units, condensing units, piping, controls and other items in strict accordance with FAA specifications and drawings. The estimated performance period shall not exceed sixty (60) calendar days. The FAA will issue solicitations to four (4) Prequalified Offerors and six (6) additional interested offerors for Request for Offer (RFO) #DTFA08-96-B-04638. Solicitations shall be issued on a ''first come'' basis only.
