Work includes widening, regrading, raising tops of ditches at northside, southside, and westside of known distance (kd) Inchon Rifle Range, and lining these ditches with fabriform filled with cement grout;p filling, grading, and grassing areas between firing line berms and target berm to eliminate ponding of waer; relocating and pacing access road, and widening grass shoulders of center road; relocating target numbers, and flattening and grassing target berm; extending water service line, and installing backflow preventer and lawn sprinkler system are firing line berms and target berm; replacing existing wooden benches with new wooden benches and new RCP culverts and concrete headwalls. Estimated cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Pursuant to P.L. 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this solicitation is classified as unrestricted. Requests for copies of this proposed procurement should be submitted in writing, state the solicitation number, and provide complete name, address, phone number and business size of the requestor. Additionally, requestors should indicate whether they intend to bid as a prime contractor, subcontractor or supplier. Telephone and Telefax requests for copies of the solicitation or bidders' lists will not be accepted. Requests should be received as soon as possible in order to facilitate mailing of same, to the extent copies are available, directly to the inquirer at time of issuance.
