Postal Service is soliciting proposals for the renovation of 3,447 sf of existing mall space into a new postal facility in retail space #44 at Stuyvesant Plaza Mall in Albany, NY. Work includes, but is not limited to, cast-in-place concrete, metal fabrications, carpentry, millwork, preformed metal wall systems, flagpoles, signage, and related miscellaneous work. The estimated cost of the work is between $200,000.00 and $500,000.00, with completion within 120 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Sealed offers will be received in this office prior to, but no later than, 4:00 p.m. on July 9, 1996. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of the offerors, the amount of any offer, or relative standing of the offerors WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE until award of contract is made. Proposal documents, plans and specifications will be available o/a June 6, 1996 at a cost of $40.00 per set (non-refundable) from the Facilities Service Office, U. S.
