The work includes upgrading and expanding an existing facility ready for Government use and involves the following: utilities, site work, reinforced concrete, demolition, asbestos abatement, wood framing, fiber cement panels, EPDM roofing, hollow metal doors and frames, miscellaneous metals, cabinetry, plumbing, HVAC, power, lighting, fire alarm, lightning protection, specialized mechanical and electrical systems and incidental related work. This solicitation will contain two proprietary items which are the following: (1) Caroline 510 manufactured by Masters Builders, Inc., formerly the Ceilcote Company for conductive flooring and (2) the DDC System for SIEBE Network 8000 for an Energy Management Program. This project is unrestricted. Estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
