The intent of the work is to replace all finishes, fixtures, mechanical and electrical systems with new; repair any damage to structural floors or framing; and provide improved plan updates where feasible. Each dwelling unit contains two bathrooms, one bathroom will remain in operation at all times during construction. Completion time is 365 calendar days. Estimated cost of this procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This procurement will be issued as unrestricted with an SDB Evlaution Preference. Estimated issue date of this procurement is July 15, 1996. This project is subject to availability of funds.
