There will be a primary group of rooms to be completed with 11 optional/additive items consisting of the remaining rooms in the building. The availability of funds will determine if subject solicitation can be awarded and how much of the dormitory can be renovated. Work consists of interior finish repairs and installing new storage stations and privacy panels. Other types of work required include painting, installing wall coating, floor covering, replacing or painting wood base in halls and bedrooms and relocating existing TV outlet and the installation of 2 storage stations and 1 privacy panel in each room. The cluster of rooms being worked on will be unoccupied. This procurement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. All requests must be in writing. FAX requests will be honored.
