Machine shall have opposing rubber treads or a series of opposing rubber wheels to grip the cable (line or chain) from top and bottom. Electric power and cooling water will be supplied to the unit but the hydraulic power is generated within the unit by a self-contained hydraulic power source. Shall have an integral control panel that provides the operator with readouts of all of the important parameters (hydraulic pressure, hydraulic oil temperature, etc.) and access to all of the unit's control levers.
