NOTE: NO Solicitation will be issued at this time. Participtation in this effort is strictly voluntary with NO COST or obligation to be incurred by the Government. The Government will in NO way be obligated to purchase all of any part of the supplies described above. Any of the information stated above concerning the supplies is subject to change.
