Belvoir. This is a combined synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented in accordance with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written Solicitation will not be issued. The DLA administrative support Center (DASC) is seeking a qualified source to provide paint and services. The paint specification for the 85 Public restrooms is multispec NO. MS86-3119, peppermint and the paint specification for the 39 double door and 17 single door entrances iszolatone NO. 43-24816SS metalized. All work must be performed after normal duty hours. This Solicitation SP4700-96-R-0030 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This Solicitation is SP4700-96-R-0030 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal acquisition circular 90-32. Primary location for work will be at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) HQ complex at Ft. Belvoir, VA. Provisions at FAR 52.212-1, instructions to offerors-Commercial items applies to this Solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-2, evaluation-Commercial items applies to this acquisition. Evaluation of all offers will be made to determine the responsive and responsible offeror which satisfies all mandatory requirements at the lowest overall COST.
