specification A31252476, 500 EA, with an option for 200 ea for each
year for three successive years, delivery to conus locations. Offeror
must have sucessfully designed, developed, produced and tested the
Diplexer/RF Bit Module for AN/PPX-3B Identification Friend or Foe
Interrogator set or equipment of similar complexity and frequency range
within the last five years. RFP DAAB07-96-R-S939 will be issued O/A 1
July 1996. Award will be made to the offeror who submits the proposal
which represents the Best Value to the Government, price and other
factors considered. The prospective offeror must possess the requisite
security clearances and safeguarding capabilities. The data are
provided solely for informational purposes and should not be relied
upon as a basis for preparation of an offer. The U.S. Army
Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) has established an
Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) to provide electronic transmittal of
Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from
Government to Industry. All interested parties wishing to do business
with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive data from
the CECOM EBB system. To become a user of the EBB, you will need an
identification code and password in addition to a computer terminal
equipped with the necessary hardware and software to interface with the
EBB system. A user's identification code and password will be issued
upon request along with instructions for downloading the EBB User's
Manual. All requests must include (1) company name, (2) point(s) of
contact name(s) and title(s), (3) return address(es) and (4) telephone

Contractors may request aperture cards and notice of revision(s) via
EBB, e-mail, or by written request to the Contracting Officer at the
address set forth in paragraph 11 above. Offers shall be submitted in
hard copy at the time and place specified in the solicitation. No offer
shall be submitted to the Contracting Office. The Government intends to
provide interested sources with a draft specification and Statement of
