In paragraph (b) of the clause, the following clauses are applicable to this requirement - DFARS 252.225-7001, 252.225-7012 and 252.247-7024. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items as well as the completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 with their offer. There is no change to the closing date of the solicitation as a result of this amendment. No terms and conditions or contract requirements are applicable to this acquisition other than those specified in the original synopsis and added by this amendment. (0157)
