C -- ARCHITECT/ENGINEER SERVICES TO RENOVATE AUDITORIUM SOL 546-41-96 DUE 071196 POC Jane Ferencz Professional Architect/Engineer services to perform field investigation, design services, construction plans and specifications, cost estimates and construction period services to renovate the existing auditorium, lobby, dressing rooms, stage, storage areas and vestibule in building #1, second floor of the VA Medical Center, Miami, Florida. All responsible sources will be considered. Drawings are to be on CAD compatible with Autocad Version 12. Rating factors will be in accordance with FAR 36 with special emphasis on past successful performance of renovation and new design of auditoriums and spaces needing acoustical and interior design work. Construction cost is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. Contract will be firm fixed-price.
