Any sources other than the original manufacturer that feel they have the ability to furnish the above property/services are requested to provide to the Contracting Officer, at FAA, Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, NAS Acquisition Contracting Team, AMQ-210, P.O. Box 25082, 6500 South MacArthur Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73125-4929, legal documentation that clearly demonstrates they have ownership of the required documentation, legal access to the Lucent Technologies, Greensboro, NC, test bed facility, and copies of the test procedures, Specifications, and Equipment listings applicable the RCL test bed Facility. Any information received as a result of this announcemnt will not be provided to other contractors and will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determing whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The final determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based on any information provided, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
