Remediation systems include Groundwater Treatment Plants, Soil Vapor Extraction Systems, Caps, etc. McClellan AFB intends to make award to three contractors as a result of this acquisition effort. It is anticipated one award will be Set-Aside for Small Business and two awards will be made under Full and Open Competition. All three awards will be made based on offers received in response to solicitation F04699-96-R- 0145. Lowest Cost Technically Acceptable procedures will be used for the inital selections. The awarded contracts will be Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity types with a five year ordering period. The approximate issue/response date will be 25 Jun 96. The anticipated award date will be 30 Sep 96. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests.
