Phillips Laboratory/PKOV, Operational Contracting Division, Services Branch, Kirtland AFB NM, intends to issue Invitation for Bid (IFB) F29650-96-B0006 on or about 1 Jul 96 with bid opening date of on or about 31 Jul 96, to furnish all required personnel, labor, equipment, and materials, supervision, transportation to perform all operations in connection with the maintenance of grease traps, catch basins, and septic tanks. Maintenance includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: clean grease traps, pump septic tanks, and clean sand and sediment traps. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The resultant contract is expected to be the basic year with four one-year options. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this project is 7699 with size standard of a total of $5.0 million gross receipts per year.
