The work will provide for the complete operations, maintenance, and repair services for 19 buildings with an aggregate total square footage of approximately 223,000 square feet. The contract encompasses all building utility systems, support systems, and interior/exterior finishes. Specifically not included in the contract are pest control, housekeeping and internal computer system. Create, update and maintain as-built drawings for all facilities included in the contract. As-Built drawings will be required to be maintained in both ''hard copy'' and electronic formats. Install and staff a maintenance office at the Main 1st Fighter Wing Hospital to serve as control point for all operations and maintenance work for this contract.
