The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, facilities, and transportation necessary to provide and properly perform such services. All scheduled work shall be performed between 7:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Emergency service shall be provided with a response time of two hours. Detailed requirements shall be set forth in the solicitation. The period of performance is one base and four one- year options.
