The Internal Revenue Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Professional Development Institute, P.O. Box 13288, University of North Texas, Denton Texas 76203 to provide a training course for Internal Revenue Service Computer Audit Specialist. The vendor must be capable of providing a training program for Revenue Agents. The training program will be conducted at the vendor's training facility. The training program shall include the following courses: computer auditing, computer programming, systems analysis, and other related computer technology in a classroom setting. The vendor shall provide instructors, facilities, and materials for a maximum of two (2) classes of trainees for the base period and four (4) 12 month option periods (options to be exercised at the Government's discretion). The maximum class size is limited to 25 sutdents. Each class will receive 16 weeks of instruction in four (4) phases. The first phase is two (2) weeks in length and the second and third phase are five (5) weeks in length and the final phase is four (4) weeks in length. No oral communications will be accepted.
