The building will consist of approximately 30,000 square feet of Classrooms, Support Spaces and Administrative/Operational Spaces. Structure includes reinforced concrete, structural steel, concrete masonry, brick, metal decks, steel joists, metal roofing, sealants, carpentry, paint, aluminum doors, wood doors, aluminum windows, acoustic ceilings, resilient floors, carpet, plumbing, casework, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, sprinklers, gas piping, interior electric, underground electrical distribution, fire alarms, lighting, telephones, close circuit television and related work. Also included are clearing, grubbing, grading, trenching, connection to utility systems, paving, playground equipment and signage. A Network Analysis will be required for this project. Magnitude of construction is between $4,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Duration of the project is 450 calendar days.
