The contract will include construction of a 29,043 SF carrier annex facility on a 4.2 acre postal owned site, located at the intersection of 100th Street and 23rd Avenue in Everett WA. The building will be built with steel frame structure, masonry veneer, exterior insulated finish system, metal roof and membrane roof. The site work includes rough grading, cut and fill, asphalt and concrete paving, landscaping, site lighting, access road, etc. Construction of the access road will be proposed as an add alternate, which may be exercised, after award and at any time during the contract performance period. The estimated construction cost range is $2.8 million to $3.3 million. The performance period for the contract will be 220 calendar days.
