Required work includes but is not limited to the following: (1) The removal and disposal of all asbestos containing materials found in the interior of the building. (2) The repair of the building to include replacement of all architectural, power, lighting, plumbing, mechanical systems and a new fire sprinkler system. (3) The altering of the interior of the building to include a new computer room, offices and upgrading of the basement for additional administration space. Also, altering the exterior of the building to add a new Entry at the First Floor Level. Project is subject to statutory cost limitation. NOTICE: A 20 percent bid bond is required for the bid amount. Performance and payment bonds will be required from the successful offeror. The applicable small business size standard is no more than $17,000.00 average annual revenue for the three previous years.
