Blinn, 406/329-3756 The Forest Service requires approximately 5 1/2 miles of reconstruction on Tobacco Valley Trail #33 and portions of Hobnail Tom Trail #32 on the Seeley Lake Ranger District, Lolo National Forest, Lewis & Clark County, Montana. Work includes construction of new sections, installing native log waterbars, turnpikes, wood culverts, and clearing and obliteration. This project will be advertised as a written quotation and will be solicited under the new Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP) rules. Quotes are due July 17, 1996. The estimated start work date is July 23, 1996. The performance period is 90 calendar days. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
