POC Kris Trump, Contract Specialist, 301-295-1356 The Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute intends to negotiate with Neurodata, Inc., 236 West Mountain St., Pasadena, CA 91103 for the ND-II Full Digital EEG Recording, Analysis, and Review Station. System will consist of a 32 channel EEG preamplifier, digital processing board, DAT storage drive, QND recording and analysis software, Power Macintosh 8500, color monitor, graphics card. Warranty on all equipment and software. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This proposed contractual action is for equipment which cannot be procured through full and open competition because the authority cited states only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible sources an no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency requirements, FAR 6.302-1. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves and produce supporting evidence which will permit their participation in the current or future requirements.
