Management and Operations contractor for the U.S. Department of
Energy's Hanford Site, is seeking companies that may be interested in
licensing or entering into a Cooperative Research and Development
Agreement (CRADA) for the commercial development of one or more of the
following four (4) software packages: 1) COMMITMENT TRACKING SYSTEM
(CTS): The CTS is a PC-based SQL client/server database application
designed to develop and report commitment or requirement status
information for facilities or activities. The CTS was originally
produced to meet the tracking requirements of RCRA Permits but its
unique versatility and reliability has attracted users for other
applications. 2) JOB HAZARD ANALYSIS (JHA): The JHA software is a
PC-based computer program used to assist field work teams recognize,
evaluate, and identify work hazards that are associated with a
particular job or task. 3) AUTOMATED TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
(ATMS): The ATMS software is a program tool which provides a
transportation office with the ability to manage freight costs and a
uniform method for producing shipping papers; it provides management of
freight costs, incorporated trend analysis, forecasting, carrier
selection, electronic data interchange with carriers, pre-payment
auditing, and authorization of payments electronically. 4) END POINT
SOFTWARE (EPS): The EPS program is a PC-based automation tool for the
generating, editing, reviewing, and reporting of end points of a
facility construction or deactivation/decommissioning project. The
generation of end points is derived from a logical process of
determining end states for each of the facility's systems and spaces
based on the objectives, tasks and expected future uses pertinent to
those systems and spaces. The end points are developed in a hierarchial
manner, in successively more detailed levels, to the point of
quantitative item-by-item end points suitable for developing
engineering work plans and performing field work packages. PLEASE BE
ADVISED that this is not an offer for the sale of a license, but a
solicitation of interest in potential license and/or Cooperative
