The USDA Forest Service, Wenatchee National Forest, intends to use Brooks Act short selection procedures, per FAR 36.602-5, for the following: professional engineering and architectural services related to technical review of documents produced by others during the performance of a Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) action at the Holden Mine Site on the Wenatchee National Forest, Washington State, in accordance with CERCLA and the National Contingency Plan (NCP).
