The is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but is a MARKET SURVEY to identify sources to participate in an A-76 Cost Study and potential contract for providing personnel, and materials for Micro-Computer Support, Mid-Tier Platform Support, and Visual Information Services Support for Robins AFB GA. Areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to, the following: 1) MICRO-COMPUTER SUPPORT - a) Hardware and Software Consultation, b) PC LAN Administration, c) Requirements Analysis/Design, d) System Implementation. 2) MID-TIER PLATFORM SUPPORT - a) System Administration, b) Data Base Administration, c) Software Application to include Development & Surveillance. 3) VISUAL INFORMATION SERVICES - a) Graphics, b) Photography, c) Video (Visual Presentations), d) Video Tele- Conferences (VTC). Contractors may have to possess or be able to obtain a facility security clearance at the SECRET classification level. Personnel who support the system administration or network administration functions may be required to possess TOP SECRET clearances. A formal solicitation does not exist at this time. This survey is to determine the availability of private commercial firms pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 7.303 and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Respondents to this notice will be sent a DRAFT Performance Work Statement (to better define the requirement) and a Contractor Capability Survey. Contractors must provide a copy of their approved DD Form 2345, Military Critical Data Agreement, with their request. Contractors may obtain a DD Form 2345 certification by contacting Defense Logistics Service Center, at 1-800-352-3572. The extent of foreign participation has not yet been determined therefore the release of information to foreign sources will be determined at time of request.
