Provide medically necessary patient transportation services to eligible American Indians and Alaska Natives who are Indian Health Service (IHS) Contract Health Services (CHS) beneficiaries. Required services are to be provided by contractors located within the Tucson Area IHS CHS delivery area. IHS will contract only with those providers who accepts as full payment, reimbursement rates no higher than prevailing Medicare fee schedule rates (including deductibles and co-payment). Multiple awards may result from this solicitation. The period(s) of performance will be one year from date of award with four one year option periods. Anticipated RFP issue date is June 14, 1996.
