Contractor shall provide refurbishment of existing vacuum chamber assembly, in accordance with the Statement of Work. FOB Destination. It is intended to award this contract on a sole source basis to Neocera, Inc., Beltsville, Maryland. Neocera, Inc. is the only company wihc is able to provide the appropriate vacuum system. The refurbishment is requested for the chamber which was moved from Watertown, MA to the storage facility at Edgewood, MD. The company was the installer of a previous system currently being used at Army Research Laboratory and are familiar with its operation.
