Project MHMV 929686, Aircraft Corrosion Control Facility of approximately 6,300 SF and alterations to the existing Aircraft Corrosion Control Facility, building 1063, to convert it to a full cell maintenance facility. Work will include an aqueous film forming foam (AFFF) fire suppression system as well as a wet pipe sprinkler system. This project has four ABI's: ABI No. 1: Split face CMU veneer; ABI No. 2: Floor finishes; ABI No. 3: Site Paving; ABI No. 4: Ceiling finishes. Project MHMV 899520, Alter Aircraft Maintenance Hangar and Shops. This project involves alteration of approximately 5,000 SF in the north lean-to of the hangar installation of an aqueous film forming foam (AFFF) fire suppression system in the main hangar, and the installation of a wet pipe sprinkler system in the south lean-to of the hangar. This project has three ABI's: ABI No. 1: Not used; ABI No. 2: Ceramic wall tile, metal lockers and exterior metal canopies; ABI No. 3: Horizontal window blinds, skylights at roof penetrations, and an air compressor; ABI No. 4: Hazardous light fixtures and wiring devices. Performance period for these two projects is 450 days. The cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. This proposed contract will be unrestricted. Requests for bid documents must be in writing, submitted to the Contracting Office stated above and should state if bidding as a prime/subcontractor/supplier. Telephone requests will not be accepted. There will be a fee charged for plans and specs that is yet to be determined. FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Payment shall be in the form of a certified check or money order payable to 150th FW, NMANG.
