The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials equipment and services necessary for construction of a new Main Post Office in Fernandina Beach, FL, on a site located at the Northwest corner of Will Hardee Rd & Sadler. The building will have approximately 19,064 gross SF of floor space with 3,348 SF of covered exterior area. Construction features include steel frame construction, brick veneer, concrete, masonry, carpentry, modified bitumen roofing, insulation, hollow metal doors, metal studs, gyp board, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, vinyl composition tile flooring, carpet, painting, store fixtures, landscaping, electrical, mechanical, and other work associated with Postal construction. The estimated cost of this project is between $1,750,000 and $2,500,000 with completion within 360 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
