Haney, Contracting Officer, (334) 953-3525 Furnish all plant, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete JUBJ 96-2070, Upgrade Utility Systems, Phase I, MAFB-Gunter Annex, AL in accordance with specification and drawings for construction of new underground utility systems to serve future Military Family Housing areas at MAFB-Gunter Annex, Alabama. These new utilities will be constructed along Spaatz Street from Morris Ave to Turner Blvd, along Butler Ave from South Drive to North Drive, along Morris Ave from Libby Street to Ward Street, along Ward Street from Morris Ave to N. Hodges, and along N. Hodges and S. Hodges. New utilities will consist of water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, gas electrical, telephone, communications and cable TV. The size standard of this project is that for which a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years shall not be in excess of $17,000,000. The Standard Industrial Classification is 1623. NOTICE TO OFFEROR: THIS IS A STRADDLE YEAR PROJECT. FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS SOLICITATION.
