The work consists of the installation of new siding, gutters, trim and door replacement at two existing CMU buildings. Included in the work but not limited to is supply and install; new cold rolled metal framing, EIFS on cement board, metal siding, flashing, gutters and down spouts, removal and replacement of metal and steel doors and frames, temporary removal and reinstallation of exterior wall mounted alarms and monitoring devices.
