This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis in accordance with DOD FAR CLAUSE 252.219-7008. Replies are requested from all concerns as well as from large concerns. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Work includes but is not limited to the following: a. Demolish existing bath house, latrine, roof over pump house, canopy, concrete pool deck, concrete steps, retaining wall, masonry screen wall & chain link fence. Remove existing pool liners from main and wading pools. B. Provide new slab on grade bath house with wood stud and brick veneer walls and standing seam roof on wood trusses. Provide new standing seam metal roof on wood trusses, canopy, and roof over pump house. c. Provide new liner for main and wading pools. New life guard stations. d. Provide new reinforced concrete retaining wall, handicap ramp, and upper and lower pool decks. e. Provide new pool fittings at main pool at Seymour Johnson AFB NC.
