The work consists of Maintaining and or painting the exterior of eleven Air National Guard facilities located at Kingsley Field IAP, Klamath Falls, OR. The repairs include maintaining the exterior surfaces of these buildings by replacing missing shingles, caulking holes, sandblasting concrete finishes, sanding or chipping old paint, surface preparation for painting, and maintaining doors, trim, and synthetic stucco. This solicitation is unrestricted and will be issued on or about 1 July 1996. The estimated construction cost will be between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
